1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the OwaShop platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the platform.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

OwaShop offers various subscription plans. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, according to the billing cycle of your chosen plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. The platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the platform, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the platform to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Make any unauthorized use of the platform, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.

• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
